Service at aspen dental on Babcock was extremely good. The doctor was polite and informative, the hygienist was caring and informative. Also haliey in the financial department was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

so I have some dentures, " The signature elite" edition that I bought from Aspen Dental back in December of last year. well, apparently my mouth shifted and my dentures were not fitting correctly and was very uncomfortable so I went to this office off Babcock and they were amazing... not only did they honor my warranty, but got me in as soon as possible, identified and fixed the problem. Big shout out to the lovely lab technician named Genesis. She’s amazing & very helpful & knowledgeable and a master of her craft..she was attentive and determined to get me right..great personality too.. I most definitely recommend this office off Babcock as they were very accommodating and extremely friendly staff. The doctor was also very understanding and Friendly... I felt that overall this office aimed to please and hit their mark..I have to say that this team went above and beyond and my teeth look wonderful and I’m happy they fit like a glove now thank you guys and keep up the great work.... Jessica was awesome and explained everything well. Haley was also wonderful and explained everything well. Doctor of course also was Great explained everything so I understood. I'm definitely coming back. Very satisfied and looking forward to my next visit. Ohhh the one who did X-rays was very good and nice. 😁

Vanessa and Hailey are incredible. FEDVIP insurance had a bug in its automated system while they attempted to confirm my wife's insurance, but none of us knew that was the issue. Instead of being impatient and pointing fingers at each other, we all worked together to understand what was occurring. The atmosphere and hospitality is comfortable and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Jessica is amazing and brings such great energy to your dental visit. She made our first experience with Aspen Dental great! Hailey broke down the treatment plan for us and was truly amazing with helping us. Lorena was polite and professional and made taking X-rays smooth. There was a girl in pink scrubs, I didn’t get her name but she was also very kind. Both doctors and the hygienist, made us feel right at ease and you could tell they wanted the best care for us. Overall it was a great experience!
